The anticipation for the upcoming NBA season is in full swing as the Philadelphia 76ers have unveiled their preseason schedule for the 2024-25 season. Fans are eager to see how the team will perform as they gear up for what promises to be an exciting year.
In an exciting twist, Sixers head coach Nick Nurse will have a homecoming of sorts as the team is set to play a preseason game in Iowa. This will surely be a special moment for both Nurse and the fans as they come together to support the team.
With six preseason games on the schedule, including three on the road and two at home, there will be plenty of opportunities for fans to catch a glimpse of the team in action. The first game on Oct. 7, however, still has an opponent to be determined, adding an element of surprise and excitement for fans.
Before the preseason kicks off, the Sixers will hold their Media Day in Camden, NJ on Sep. 30. This will be followed by a training camp in The Bahamas from Oct. 1 until Oct. 5, giving players a chance to bond and prepare for the challenges ahead.
