During Sunday’s game against the Saints, Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson left the field slowly and headed for the tunnel late in the first half. The team later confirmed that he is undergoing evaluation for a concussion.
Johnson was spotted entering the blue medical tent in the second quarter while sideline reporter Pam Oliver mentioned on the FOX broadcast that he had been feeling unwell for some time, needing assistance to reach the tent.
Eagles’ security chief Dom DiSandro was seen guiding the experienced lineman back to the tunnel, as reported by our own Jimmy Kempski.
Keep an eye out for more updates on Johnson’s condition as the situation progresses.
