A shocking incident occurred in Havertown, where a 30-year-old man unleashed a barrage of bullets at a woman and her 10-year-old nephew on Monday afternoon. The woman, accompanied by her young relative, found themselves in the terrifying crosshairs of Sean Moses, a resident of Drexel Hill, who fired 13 gunshots at their vehicle in a disturbing fit of road rage.

Fortunately, neither the woman nor the child was hit by the bullets, but the woman did sustain injuries from the shattered glass and debris. The attack occurred on the 2000 block of West Chester Pike, just before 3:30 p.m., leaving the community in shock.
According to Haverford Township police, the woman first encountered Moses while driving on Interstate 476, where she noticed him tailing her in a dark Lincoln SUV. The situation escalated when they exited the highway near Lawrence Road and West Chester Pike, with Moses deliberately colliding with the woman’s Jeep Cherokee before opening fire from his window.
The Jeep’s windshield, hood, and headlight bore the brunt of the gunfire, prompting the authorities to rush the victims to Lankenau Medical Center for treatment. Meanwhile, eastbound West Chester Pike had to be temporarily shut down to allow for a thorough investigation of the crime scene.
Desperate to evade capture, Moses fled from the scene, but his attempt at escape was short-lived. Radnor police, aided by license plate recognition technology, swiftly located and apprehended him in Upper Darby Township, where a firearm was found on the front seat of his vehicle.
Sean Moses is now facing serious charges, including attempted homicide and aggravated assault, as the legal system seeks to hold him accountable for his reckless actions. The authorities have assured the public that there is no ongoing threat, but the investigation is far from over, shedding light on the dangers of unchecked road rage and the importance of maintaining composure behind the wheel.
