Welcome to our weekly rooting guide for non-Eagles games on the NFL schedule. If you’re looking for some guidance on who to cheer for while watching other games, you’ve come to the right place. Let’s dive into the matchups and see who we should be rooting for this week!

NFC East

Ravens at Cowboys: The NFC East teams are facing tough challenges this week, with all four of them being underdogs. It’s a critical week for the division, and we hope to see a few surprises.

  1. Eagles (+2.5)
  2. Cowboys (+1)
  3. Commanders (+7.5)
  4. Giants (+6.5)

There’s a strong possibility that all NFC East teams will have losing records after Week 3, so every win counts.

Giants at Browns: The Giants need to start putting wins on the board to avoid a disappointing season. It’s crucial for their future success that they turn things around soon.

Commanders at Bengals: Let’s hope the Commanders struggle this week, giving the Eagles a chance to find their footing and establish themselves in the division.

NFC vs. NFC

49ers at Rams: Both teams are dealing with injuries, so it’s a good opportunity for the Niners to slip up and give others a chance to shine.

Lions at Cardinals: An early win for the Lions would be beneficial, as it might disrupt the Cardinals’ momentum and open up opportunities for other teams.

NFC vs. AFC

This week features nine NFC vs. AFC matchups, including some exciting games to keep an eye on:

Packers at Titans: The Packers’ losses could work in the Eagles’ favor, so let’s hope they stumble this week.

Texans at Vikings: A win for Minnesota could shake up the NFC North, ultimately benefiting the Eagles down the line.

Broncos at Buccaneers: Keeping an eye on the Bucs as a potential playoff opponent, the Eagles might prefer to avoid facing them in the postseason.

Dolphins at Seahawks: A strong Seattle team could challenge the Niners in the NFC West, making this an important matchup to watch.

Bears at Colts: The Bears’ rookie quarterback and team weaknesses make them an ideal playoff opponent, so let’s see how they fare this week.

Chiefs at Falcons: Another potential playoff opponent for the Eagles, a win for the Falcons could set up an intriguing rematch in the postseason.

For Future Reference

Keep an eye on these bolded teams, as they will face the Eagles later this season. Every game matters as we look ahead to the matchups against these teams.

  1. Chargers at Steelers
  2. Panthers at Raiders
  3. Jaguars at Bills

The Eagles are scheduled to play the Steelers in Week 15, the Panthers in Week 16, and the Jaguars in Week 9. Let’s see how these teams perform as we prepare for those matchups!
