Exciting news for fine wine enthusiasts in University City – a new Fine Wine & Good Spirits store is coming to the area! Located on the ground floor of a soon-to-be-completed office tower at 3151 Market St., this 7,700-square-foot store will be a welcome addition to the vibrant Schuylkill Yards development.
Schuylkill Yards, a collaboration between Drexel University and Brandywine Realty Trust, is a massive $3.5 billion project spanning 14 acres in University City. With a mix of office, residential, and retail spaces, as well as acres of public green space, Schuylkill Yards is set to transform the area.
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board negotiated the lease for the new store, marking their first Center City location in several years. Alongside two other businesses on the ground floor, this Fine Wine & Good Spirits store is set to become a hub for wine lovers in the area.
Several other exciting projects are in the works for Schuylkill Yards, including the development of towers at 3025 and 3001 John F. Kennedy Blvd. Additionally, Drexel University is creating a beautiful 40,000-square-foot park on the former site of Myers Hall, adding to the green spaces in the area.
