Exciting news for Willow Grove Park mall visitors! Starting Tuesday, children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during specific hours to ensure a safe and family-friendly environment.
Concerns from shoppers and local authorities have led to the implementation of a Parental Supervision Policy, requiring minors to be supervised after 5 p.m. on weekdays and after 3 p.m. on Sundays.

Security personnel will be enforcing the policy to prevent unsupervised minors from gathering in large groups within the mall. Parents and guardians are required to accompany minors during the specified hours at all entrances, parking lots, and garages.
If unaccompanied minors are discovered in the mall after hours, they must leave or find a parent or guardian to join them. Parents or guardians must be at least 21 years old and can escort up to four children, with at least one being their own.
Identification may be requested if ages are in question, and individuals without proper ID may be asked to leave. Failure to comply may result in trespassing charges.
Willow Grove Park is dedicated to providing a secure and family-friendly environment for all guests. General Manager Romaine Crawford states, “This policy not only ensures a pleasant shopping experience for our guests but also promotes a safe environment for our employees and visitors.”
Similarly, the Fashion District in Center City has a similar policy requiring visitors under 18 to be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 23 after 2 p.m.
