Excitement is building as the Philadelphia Eagles have unveiled their new uniform combination for their Week 1 opener against the Packers in Brazil. Fans will see the team sporting a fresh look with black helmets, white jerseys, and black pants.
This innovative combination marks a new chapter in the Eagles’ on-field wardrobe. While they have previously paired white jerseys with black pants and their traditional green helmets, this game will feature a twist with the addition of a black alternate helmet for an all-black ensemble.
As a fan, I have ranked all of the Eagles’ current uniform combinations, and the new look slots in nicely:
- White Jerseys/Midnight Green Pants
- Kelly Green Jerseys/Silver Pants
- Midnight Green Jerseys/White Pants
- Black Jerseys/Black Pants
- White Jerseys/Black Pants/Black Helmet
- White Jerseys/Black Pants/Green Helmet
- White Jerseys/White Pants
I commend the Eagles for embracing the change and trying something new. Who knows, maybe an all-midnight green look could be in the cards for the future!
On the opposing side, the Packers will be donning their green jerseys, setting the stage for an exciting matchup.
