Indulging in desserts doesn’t have to come with guilt anymore! Say hello to Sinless Tiramisu, a healthier take on the classic Italian favorite. Whether you’re counting calories or just enjoy light and delicious treats, this version offers the same creamy goodness without all the extra sugar and fat.

Sinless Tiramisu Recipe — makes 8 servings

Ingredients:
• 1 ¼ cup of part-skim ricotta
• ¾ cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
• ¼ cup of honey or any sweetener
• 1 cup of strong coffee
• 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon of liqueur such as amaretto or cognac, optional
• 15 ladyfinger cookies
• 1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit
• Unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:

  1. Whisk ricotta, Greek yogurt, and honey in a large bowl and refrigerate.
  2. In a mug, mix coffee, vanilla, and liqueur (if using) and set aside.
  3. Place a row of ladyfingers in a glass baking dish, drizzle with coffee mixture, add a layer of ricotta mixture, and smooth.
  4. Add fruit, more ladyfingers, coffee mixture, and a second layer of ricotta mixture.
  5. Smooth, dust with cocoa, and refrigerate or freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Pro Tip: Gently drizzle the coffee mixture over the ladyfingers to avoid making them soggy.
