Raising Cane’s, the beloved chain known for their mouth-watering chicken fingers and signature sauce, is finally making its way to Northeast Philly with a new location in the Rhawnhurst neighborhood.

This highly-anticipated chicken finger joint is set to open its doors on Tuesday at 2329 Cottman Ave, conveniently located near Roosevelt Mall. This marks the fourth Raising Cane’s location in Philadelphia and the 12th in Pennsylvania, bringing their delicious menu closer to even more eager fans.

If you’re a fan of Raising Cane’s, you can expect the same delicious menu items at the new Rhawnhurst location. Indulge in their famous chicken fingers, Cane’s Toast, crispy fries, and coleslaw, all served with their irresistible dipping sauce. The popularity of their menu was evident at the opening of Philly’s first Raising Cane’s location in University City in 2022, followed by successful openings in North Philly near Temple University and Southwest Philly.

To celebrate the grand opening of the Rhawnhurst spot, Raising Cane’s has planned some exciting activities for the community. Lucky customers will have the chance to win “Free Cane’s for a Year” in an in-person drawing from 8 to 9 a.m. A ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia will follow at 9 a.m., along with a charitable check presentation to the Frankford Chargers Sports and Mentoring Association. A DJ will be on site to keep the crowd entertained.

In addition, the first 100 customers to purchase a Box Combo (featuring four chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Cane’s Sauce, Texas Toast, coleslaw, and a drink) will receive a special commemorative hat and a free Box Combo card.

“Opening our first Restaurant in Northeast Philadelphia is a dream come true,” said Warren Sewell, the chain’s regional leader of restaurants. “We’re eager to serve the hardworking members of the Community our craveable Chicken Finger meals and provide these Philadelphians a convenient, delicious dining option.”

For those craving their chicken fix late at night, the new Raising Cane’s in Rhawnhurst will be open from 10 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday, and from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
