At 23 years old, Quiñones has spent the last two seasons on two-way deals with the Golden State Warriors before earning a standard NBA contract towards the end of the 2023-24 season. Standing at 6-foot-5 and 208 pounds, Quiñones is known for his scoring ability and knack for putting points on the board.
During his 41 NBA appearances, 37 of which came last season, Quiñones averaged 4.4 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.0 assist per game in just 10.6 minutes of playing time. He boasts a shooting percentage of 39.7 from the field and 36.4 percent from beyond the arc. In college, Quiñones shot an impressive 39.4 percent from three-point range.
Additionally, Quiñones has excelled in the G League over the past two seasons, averaging 20.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game while shooting 36.5 percent from deep on high volume.
The Sixers will need to make room on their roster to accommodate Quiñones, as they currently have three players on two-way deals. This move could potentially involve releasing or converting one of Jeff Dowtin Jr., Justin Edwards, or David Jones.
